The
goal of the Bachelor of Education Counselling programme at KeMU is to train competent Educators and Counselors to
work in schools, colleges and other institutions in Kenya and the world
at large.


The prospective educator/counselor is expected to influence
society with positive moral and spiritual values. Furthermore, the
programme prepares students for chaplancy and counseling positions.


In line
with the University mission, the Department of Education and
Counseling at KeMU aims at training leaders to play their part in society, by
equipping them with knowledge and skills on the ways they can meet the
challenges facing individuals and communities.
