Bachelor of Analytical chemistry at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology(JKUAT) jhas the following minimum requirement;

  1. Mean grade C+, Chemistry C+, or
  2. Physical Science or
  3. any two of the following; Biology C-, Math C- Physics C-

When undertaking Bachelor of Analytical chemistry at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology(JKUAT students will be expected to complete a total of 12 courses in each of the first two academic years.  The first two years in Bachelor of Analytical chemistry at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology(JKUAT comprise Eight (8) core chemistry courses covering the traditional areas of inorganic, organic and physical chemistry, as well as a basic grounding in mathematics and computer skills (including use of the World Wide Web).  In the final two years of Bachelor of Analytical chemistry at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology(JKUAT, in addition to the traditional core chemistry courses designed for chemistry majors, students will choose from specialist options in the field of analytical chemistry.  They will also undertake a small analytical chemistry-type research project and/or dissertation in your final fourth year.
