The course is intended to equip the trainee with the knowledge skill and attitudes that should enable them perform basic management functions in retail banking.

Objectives of Banking and Finance

At the end of the course, the trainee should be able to: Understand the bank customer needs, Appreciate the principles and practice of bank lending, Understand the environment within which retail banking services are provided, Provide investment services to customers, Provide trade finance and services to customers involved in foreign trade, Provide efficient retail banking services.
