In addition to the theoretical learning, the course entails intensive practical training at the demonstration restaurant, application Utalii hotel, and three months in training in various Kenyan Hotels.

There are three intakes in January, May and the main one in September every year.

3rd Division at “O” Level, or its equivalent with
