The duration of the course shall be one academic year during which twelve units of 35 contact hours shall be undertaken.
In order to qualify for the award of Kenyatta University Certificate in this programme, a candidate shall be expected to have passed all CATS and final written examinations with a minimum score of 40%
Candidates will also be expected to undergo practicum for a period of eight weeks.
The mode of teaching shall be through lectures, demonstrations and field visits.
