The diploma course in Information and Communication Technology at Inoorero University is intended to prepare graduates to use ICT knowledge and skills in such areas as design and implementation of ICT systems using various software, hardware and communication solutions.

The diploma in Information and Communication technology course at Inoorero University  is aimed at producing ICT professionals and middle level managers to drive organizations in a dynamic world.

Holders of the Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (DICT) are eligible to join the Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology (BICT) degree course at Inoorero University at Year 1 or Year 2 through a credit transfer system. The DICT is also recognized as an entry requirement for various degree programmes in other Universities in Kenya and beyond.

Entry Requirements:

Persons with the following minimum qualifications are eligible to enroll into the Diploma in Information and Communication Technology programme at Inoorero University:

• KSPS Certificate in IT,


• KCSE Mean Grade of C (Plain) and C in English and Maths or


• 6 Credits at GCSE, GCE,


• KCE with credits in Maths and English
