Programme Details:

In this current information age, business functions are becoming inseparable from computer based processing and communications technology. There is a high demand for managers who not only understand basic business and commerce tools but can also effectively manage information systems--individuals who are comfortable with the interface between business and emerging technologies. This program is structured with an aim of developing information technology professionals who are equipped with business tools and whose orientation is in management. The course is aimed at developing in students the capacity to critically analyze, design, implement and manage information technologies with a focus on overall business productivity and strategic objectives. Graduates from this course can perform business management functions and are adequately prepared to undertake business research as well as post-graduate studies in various fields.

Entry Requirements:

Applicants for the Bachelor of Business and Information Technology (BBIT) degree program must meet all of Africa Nazarene University entrance requirements. (A mean grade of C+ in KCSE or equivalent or a minimum of 2.7 (B-) in ANU’s Pre-University). In addition, they should have a pass grade of C in mathematics and English for Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (K.C.S.E) or equivalent.
