About Advanced Certificate in Training of Trainers -TOT Certificate program.

This Certificate in Training of Trainers (ToT) is taken over the course of 160 hours and is designed for professional counsellors who are looking to engage in the training of other therapists.

This programme equips counsellors with the methodologies and skills they require to train other professionals at various levels. New trainers will gain a strong foundation in critical thinking skills and seasoned trainers will be introduced to the latest approaches for delivering powerful teaching. 

Kenya Association of Professional Counsellors (KACP's) theoretical approach presented in the course is Integrative and Holistic. We will look at integrating models, techniques, theories, and a range of modalities that suit the individual client. Whilst working on developing relationship skills that will aid therapeutic work.
