Advanced Forecasting Course (AFC) equips the trainee with forecasting skills to enable them to make accurate weather forecasts at the end of the training, the student should be able to analyze and monitor the weather situation, forecast meteorological phenomena, warn of hazardous phenomena, ensure the quality of meteorological information and communicate meteorological information to users.
