About Community Development Diploma program.

The course is intended to equip the trainees with knowledge, skills and attitudes that will enable him/her to perform and manage community development activities.

Objectives of Community Development

Participate in the management of community development projects, Appreciate the role of community organizations in social development, Understand the role of stakeholders in provision and management of resources. Promote ethical practices and integrate gender in development activities, Appreciate the role of communication in social development. Appreciate the importance of self entrepreneurial skills in the national development.
