Motor Vehicle Technology (Artisan)

This motor vehicle technology program is designed to offer students the opportunity to further their skills and experience within the automotive industry.

This course is for individuals who currently or would like to undertake mechanical work in the automotive light vehicle service and repair industry.

Activities include the diagnose and repair of:

• final drivelines,
• air-conditioning systems,

• electronic compression engine systems,
• fuel injection systems
• steering and suspension systems,
• along with selecting seals, bearings and gaskets and using workshop equipment.

In general, students learn how to install, maintain, repair and replace motor vehicle parts.
